• Service: Any travel service including flights, taxis, hotel bookings, tour packages, group tours, visa assistance, or any other related offering.
• Third Parties: Airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour guides, insurance companies, or any external service providers.

2. Scope of Services

We provide a wide range of travel solutions, including but not limited to:

• Flight reservations
• Taxi and airport transfers
• Hotel bookings and accommodations
• Group travel management
• Customized tour packages
• Sightseeing and activity bookings
• Event and corporate tour arrangements
• Domestic and international travel assistance

All services are subject to availability and the terms of third-party providers.

3. Website Usage

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
• You agree not to misuse the website by attempting harmful actions such as unauthorized access, data scraping, or spreading malware.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms or booking services.
• The content on the website is owned by the Company and cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

4. Booking & Confirmation

4.1 Booking Process

A booking is confirmed only when:

• Full or partial payment is received.
• A confirmation email, voucher, or invoice is issued by the Company.

4.2 Client Responsibility

• All personal details submitted (passport info, ID proof, phone numbers, etc.) are accurate.
• You meet all visa and immigration requirements.
• You follow timelines for submitting documents or making payments.

4.3 Third-Party Booking Policies

Flights, hotels, taxis, and tours are subject to the respective provider’s terms of service, cancellation rules, pricing policies, and availability. The Company is not responsible for changes made by third-party vendors.

5. Payments & Pricing

5.1 Pricing Policy

Prices may fluctuate due to seasonal demand, currency exchange rates, supplier price changes, and availability.

5.2 Payment Methods

• Bank Transfers
• UPI / Credit / Debit Cards (India)
• Online payment gateways
• Cash payments (in approved cases only)

5.3 Payment Terms

• All invoices must be paid within the specified due dates.
• Bookings are not guaranteed until payment is received.
• Late payments may lead to cancellation or price revision.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

6.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

• Cancellation charges apply as per individual service rules.
• Company service fees are non-refundable.
• Refund eligibility depends on third-party provider policies.

6.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations

The Company may cancel bookings due to operational issues, weather conditions, political unrest, supplier cancellation, or safety concerns.

6.3 Refund Timeline

Refunds may take 7–21 business days for domestic payments and 15–45 business days for international refunds.

7. Changes & Modifications

Any changes to travel dates, passenger details, or itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per supplier rules.

8. Travel Documents & Compliance

Travelers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and required documents. The Company is not liable for visa rejection, denial of entry, or immigration delays.

9. Health, Safety & Insurance

Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended. The Company is not responsible for medical conditions, injuries, or expenses during travel.

10. Liability & Limitations

The Company is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, lost baggage, natural disasters, pandemics, theft, accidents, or errors by third-party vendors.

11. Conduct & Behavior

Misbehavior, violation of laws, or endangering others may result in termination of services without refund.

12. Group Tour Rules

• Timings must be followed strictly.
• Seats and room allocations are fixed.
• Meals are as per itinerary.
• Extra services are chargeable.
• Tour manager’s instructions are final.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, logos, videos, and itineraries are the intellectual property of Thai Tourism.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer data is used only for booking and communication purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized parties.

15. Disclaimer

All information on the website is for general purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy, real-time availability, or price stability.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Indian Law – Courts of New Delhi
Thai Law – Courts of Chonburi

17. Amendments
