Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all travel services booked through ThaiTourism.in, operated by THAI GUST ENTOUR CO., LTD. (Thailand) and Gust Enterprises (India).
By booking any service, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. General Policy
- All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund rules of airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour providers, and other third-party suppliers.
- The Company does not control or modify third-party refund policies.
- Company service charges, processing fees, consultancy fees, and GST are non-refundable.

2.2 Non-Refundable Charges
- Company service fees
- Convenience charges
- Processing fees
- Partial payment or token amount (in most cases)
- Visa service fees (approved or rejected)
- Guide charges (if already booked)
- Non-refundable activity tickets
2.3 Required Documentation
- Written cancellation request
- Complete booking details
- Third-party confirmation
3. Company-Initiated Cancellations
- Weather emergencies
- Political or safety concerns
- Government restrictions
- Supplier cancellations
- Operational issues
- Overbooking by hotels or airlines
3.1 Refund for Company Cancellations
Refunds are processed strictly as per supplier policy. If the supplier offers no refund, the Company is not liable.
3.2 Replacement Option
- Alternate hotels
- Alternate flights
- Alternate tour dates
- Travel credits or vouchers
4. No-Show Policy
- Failure to arrive on time
- Missed flight/transfer due to personal delay
- Failure to present required documents
No-show bookings are 100% non-refundable.
5. Visa-Related Cancellation Policy
- Visa fees are always non-refundable
- Company is not responsible for visa rejection or delays
6. Tour Packages Cancellation Rules
6.1 Customized Packages
Refunds depend on hotels, flights, transport, and activity provider policies.
6.2 Group Tours
- Advance amount is non-refundable
- Late cancellations may receive partial or no refund
7. Flight Cancellations
- Airline-initiated changes follow airline rules
- Traveler-initiated cancellations follow ticket fare rules
8. Hotel Cancellations
- Hotel-specific policies apply
- Peak season and promotional bookings are usually non-refundable
9. Taxi & Transfer Cancellations
- No refund for last-minute cancellations
- No refund for no-shows
- Refund depends on transport provider rules
10. Activity / Attraction Cancellations
Theme parks, adventure sports, cruises, shows, and attractions are usually 100% non-refundable once booked.
11. Refund Process & Timelines
- Domestic: 7–21 business days
- International: 15–45 business days
12. Partial Refunds
Refunds depend solely on vendor policies.
13. Force Majeure
No refund guaranteed for natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government restrictions.
